Submission Guidelines
Contributions should be in the form of an abstract of no more than two pages, including a list of references.
The contributions should be submitted via the Symposium's electronic submission system (EasyChair), which will be launched later.
The papers presented at the symposium will be distributed to the participants under an electronic form.
Necessary information to be submitted through EasyChair.

- Title of the paper
- Kewords
- Topics: Select a prefered session (The keywords of the sessions is shown in Homepage).
- Future mobility with AI
- Recent Topics and Trends in Information Architecture
- Advanced Semiconductor Integrated Circuits, Photonics, and Related Technologies
- State-of-the-art Technologies: Mechanics, Electronics, Chemistry, Biomedicine and Materials
- Recommended reviewers: Select three recommended reviewers
- Is the presenter a student?
- Presenter's lab if he/she is a student.
- Preferred presentation type.
- Does the presenter accept discussion in Japanese?
- Paper submission: Use the Word template, but please note that the submission must be a PDF file.
Length of paper: 2 pages maximum including a list of references.
